What to include
To help us resolve things on the first reply, please tell us your username and, if it concerns a payment, the payment reference from your receipt and the date of the charge.
Common requests
- Payment taken but course not unlocked — email us with the payment reference and we will unlock it or refund you. See the refund policy.
- Can't log in / didn't get a verification code — check your spam folder first, then use forgot password. If the code still doesn't arrive, email us.
- Data or account deletion — email us from your registered address; see the privacy policy.
- Security issue in the platform itself (not in a training lab) — please report it privately to learnctflab@gmail.com rather than exploiting it. See section 4 of the terms.
